ANDREW ZELBY, MD
Dr. Zelby is a board-certified neurosurgeon who has been performing neurosurgery for the past 26 years. He completed a neurosurgery residency at Loyola University Medical Center, Chicago, IL, followed by an orthopedic spine fellowship at Rush University Medical Center.
After completing his residency and spine fellowship, Dr. Zelby was an assistant professor in the Departments of Neurosurgery and Orthopedic Surgery at Loyola. Since leaving Loyola in 1996, he has had an active practice in the western suburbs of Chicago. He is also an assistant professor of neurosurgery at Rush University Medical Center. Dr. Zelby has privileges at MacNeal Hospital, Gottlieb Memorial Hospital, LaGrange Memorial Hospital, Elmhurst Memorial Hospital, and Rush University Medical Center.
He is a member of the American Association of Neurological Surgeons and the Congress of Neurosurgeons and is a fellow of the American Association of Neurological Surgeons. He is diplomate of the American Board of Neurological Surgeons. Dr. Zelby is an Ovation Certified physician and has been extensively trained in the Ovation Technique.
